Why do you need my credit card information now?

Customers who sign up have access to expert leadership coaches within minutesAnd while we’ve designed the service to be easy to use, we need to make sure you’re ready to engage with our coaches.

We’d be honored to work with you if you decide to invest in yourself, your career, and your leadership craft.

How do I convince my boss or company to pay for this?

Some ideas:

Connect it to specific goals, opportunities, and/or issues you need to get traction on in the next 30-60 days. For example, you and your team might need help adapting to new ways of working remotely. Maybe you’re transitioning into a new role, or have been given additional responsibilities without additional help. Your department may have specific quarterly or annual goals about people development and culture that may also be worth mentioning.

Is it really unlimited coaching? What's the catch?

Yes, each individual customer can submit an unlimited number of Coaching Requests to their coaching team. You can have 3, 5, 10, or any number of active Coaching Requests at one time.

This service is ideal for leaders who want on-the-go access to coaching in small bursts, via personalized messages. 

It’s not ideal for you if you prefer to spend weeks interviewing lots of coaches to find a perfect fit before you start working with them, or if you need to have scheduled sit-down face-to-face coaching sessions for 60-90 minutes. 

There are lots of great coaches out there who work that way if that’s your preference!

What's the pricing for Enterprise, Non-Profits, and others?

We’re eager to work with you, so please contact us at hello@comotiv.com to discuss incentives for enterprise customers, reduced rates for non-profit leaders, or other creative arrangements. 

How does it work?

Once you’re logged into app.comotiv.com, you’ll see your existing Coaching Requests and be able to Submit a New Coaching Request (which takes 2-3 minutes). Once you send it, one of the coaches on your assigned team will respond via a personalized video message. During normal business hours, this happens within minutes.
Each personalized coach video is about a minute long, and is specific to your situation. The coach will share an observation and then ask you a question (or offer a challenge) which you can then reply to via video, audio, or text. 
As needed, your coach can loop in another member of your coaching team and you can have multiple coaching requests active at the time.

How do I know if I'm ready for this type of coaching?

If one or more of these are true for you, you’re ready:

  • I’d like to accelerate my growth as a leader 
  • I’m ready to have more of an impact
  • I’m not getting the help I need to succeed as a leader
  • I’m not yet seen by others the way I’d like to be seen
  • I know something needs to shift or change, and I need to be the one doing something about it
How do I schedule a session with a coach?

At this time, we do not offer scheduled coaching sessions. All coaching is done through our in-app messaging, which includes video messaging, audio messaging, and text-based messaging.
